The Tools section is where you find the supportive material to complement our talks. With every seminar we try to ensure we achieve change by following up with written and visual material to ensure there remains a clear plan for lasting change.

Exercise Pack

With the Back in Action Lecture we have a downloadable sheet for both the exercises and stretches. There needs to be a commitment to not just ‘do’ but to ‘do properly.’ The following charts make it easy to follow and also point out the areas to take particular care. Exercises done right are healthy, exercises done wrong can be dangerous.

We also have an exercise pack that can be purchased to support these. This consists of:

  • A handy colour exercise booklet for working out with illustrations
  • An exercise band so weight-training and resistance exercises can be done anywhere
  • A pedometer so we create an awareness of your actual daily movement
  • A 45 minute DVD covering all aspects of the talk, posture, sitting, breathing and much more.

This is a 30 day follow up booklet where each day we learn about a new behaviour and how we can reflect that behaviour and increase our motivation, tactics and output not by concentrating directly on our goals, but on our behaviour towards those goals. True change occurs with repetition over this period and at completion you will be surprised at the ease in which conscious activity has become subconscious normality!
